Harvest Event and Colouring Sheet

Posted on 9 October 2020 by Natalie Bowers

On Sunday 18 October there will be an opportunity to celebrate Harvest in a different way!

Between 10.30 and 3.30 we will be taking over the Bandstand at Merchistoun Hall for a “Thank You” event. We will be putting up a Harvest display and would invite people to pop by at some time in the day to add to it and bring a donation of tins or packets for the foodbank. There will be a colouring competition for children and an opportunity to write a “Thank You” message on the “Thank You” wall. We will be using social media to invite our community to pop by to donate to the foodbank and join in the activities on offer.

This will be a covid secure event so please remember to observe social distancing and make sure if you arrive at the same time as others you know that you don’t congregate in groups of more than six!

Download the harvest colouring sheet here: Harvest Colouring Sheet.pdf. Bring along your entry and collect a toffee apple!

For more information, call our Minister, Sam Ackerman, on 07804 642090 or email him at sam.ackerman@horndeanbaptistchurch.org.uk.
